Security Group Management

PURPOSE

The Security Group Management option is used to define security groups. These groups restrict the access of certain employees while payroll and employee reports are being prepared.

To use security groups: In Employee Management, identify a security group for employees with restricted access. In Security Management, define the security groups to which the user has access.

Creating a Security Group

1. Enter the required information in the Main Fields tab:

The Configuration icon is used to define entry options for the Number field.

Field	Description
Code	Security group code.
Description	Description that identifies the security group.

2. Click the Save icon.
